  • Red Velvet - Red Velvet cake with a touch of citrus syrup layered with a Mascarpone Cream Cheese Filling, Garnish with White Chocolate Decor.
     

  • Chocolate - Layers of Chocolate Sponge Cake, Filled with Seasonal Berry Jam and a Dark Chocolate Mousse, Garnish with Fresh Berries and Dark Chocolate Decor.
     

  • Vanilla - Vanilla Diplomat Cream, Peach Bourbon Compote Layered on a Vanilla Cake Sponge, Garnish with Peach Thin Paper 

 

 

Chef Cake Sizes

Chef Cake Options

Tropical Entremet - Passion Fruit Mousse, Mango Geele, Lime Sableuse. Mirror Glazed with white chocolate Garnish 

 

Black Forest Entremet - Dark Chocolate Sableuse, Cherry Mousse, Dark Chocolate Mousse, Mascarpone Whip, Mirror Glaze and chocolate work on top.
